It is only the 8th day of the year and I am back at the office. Trying to catch up to old mail, which reminds me i have to activate the mailing lists.

I just spend the better part of my morning browsing digg, just having a look at what I missed in the last week 3 days. Since I cannot take the time to look over the posts for the past 23 days, the last time I actually had access to a PC. That will take me a days.

So what about new years resolutions. I have none this year. And oh, I have finally managed to quit smoking for more that 3 hours this time round. But to quit,was actually one of the new years resolutions I had for 2005. Bit late eh? I am currently at 7 days, that’s a week right?

So let’s wait and see what this year has inhold for us.

Looks like it ain’t a rumour anymore. But one that is about to come true. ADSL has been spoken about for quite sometime. And I have been awaiting its arrival patiently. Soon it will be here, I just wonder what the price tag would be

Since school is out, we been having a regular visitor in the office. Katz!!

And it took me a while to type, since i’m as slow as can get when typing messages on a mobile phone. But after this msg, it took me 10 minutes to connect my pc via the data cable to the internet. Damn expensive for me. But atleast i’ve got access now when i need to get online at night. No more waiting to get into the office anymore.

hmmm, i just got mine yesterday. Had to choose between the Motorola L7, Nokia 6230i and the Sony Ericsson K750i.

And today they are reviewing the SE K800i on Reg Hardware Well that is what i don’t like, technology moves too fast for me

This morning i spent some time online getting updated, yet not up to date with the news :)  I read the article “Put Africa In The Linux Timeline” which i enjoyed and completely agree with. Somewhere out there, there is skills, people with the skills. A lot of things (projects) get done. Perhaps not known widely enough, for the rest of the world to take notice.
