Fedora Core 4 ?
January 12th, 2006to install or not to install ?? that is my question.
is it going to be worth the schlepp of reinstalling my pc with fc4. what i read it sounds quite nice, but i seriously don’t want to do all the customizing again. anyone got a good idea to just copy all conf files over to the new installation. copying the data is nothing , just all the configurations to get mail , web , shares, additional drives going. besides, i am running on a 450mhz pc with only 256 mb ram, so it will take a while. and who knows if it is going to run the same, speed and all. call me lazy, but i will definitely have to check my schedule for some time to do this.
at the moment i am making the 4 disk’s from iso images, just incase i decide to make the move.
